A tale of two sisters is awesome and some other great movies on the list. Like many have pointed out I also loved especially "the man from nowhere" and "i saw the devil".

Love Choi Min-Sik. Anything he's in is great (I Saw the Devil, New World, Nameless Gangster, etc.). Looking forward to Lucy, as it is his English-language debut (and really hoping they don't waste his work in it). Hwang Jung-Min is also really good. (New World, The Unjust, Private Eye)

While I still haven't seen all of these movies, I think it's a good list. I'm not sorry The Man From Nowhere isn't on it, though it is a good movie, in the same way Taken is a good movie (interesting note, the lead in that movie played the disabled son in Mother). I Saw the Devil is not on the list, but two of Kim Jee-woon's other movies are.

Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall...and Spring is a good movie, too, but a completely different kind of movie from the others on this list. I think this is

The only one I've seen is MOTHER...

... and it's in my list of the best movies of all times!

The Good the Bad and the Weird is the only remake and only foreign film to make it on my personal top 20 list. (The Good The Bad and the Ugly make it into top 5)

im surprised to not see "Spring Summer Fall Winter and Spring" not on the list. I havent seen it yet but everyone i talk to who has seen it always say it's one of their favorite movies ever. But this list has given me some ideas as to what to watch next

Shiri as 1? really??

Nice list and a lot of great choices but Shiri as 1 is kind of silly, its a decent enough action flick but its basically Korea's attempt at a Michael Bay movie and an average one at that. There are so many more deserving of a slot that aren't even on the list; I Saw the Devil and Thirst are just a couple off the top of my head.

I saw the devil wasn't in the list?

Far better Jorean movies were not mentioned, that being said this is a competent list.

There are far better Korean movies that are not in your list.

I Saw The Devil , A Man From Nowhere , New World , J.S.A.: Joint Security Area , A Bittersweet Life....from the top of my head.
