Live-action Teen Titans TV series near pilot order at TNT

DC’s Titans could be on its way to cable TV in the way of a pilot order at TNT. In the latest live-action adaptation possibly coming our way we follow Dick Grayson, who has moved as Batman’s sidekick and becomes Nightwing. He’s joined by fellow Titans Raven, Starfire, Cyborg, and others. If this show moves forward it joins the ranks of other superheroes on the small screen including Arrow, The Flash, Gotham, Constantine, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Agent Carter, Daredevil, and that Supergirl series we heard about recently. We know that Cyborg is already showing up in BATMAN V SUPERMAN and Deathstroke has shown up on Arrow.

Akiva Goldsman and Marc Haimes are on board as writers, with Goldsman executive producing and Haimes acting as co-executive producer. It’s certain that Titans center on Dick Grayson/Nightwing, but we still don’t know which other heroes will join him. The comic book has seen a lot of different variations and gained a lot of popularity as an animated series Teen Titans on Cartoon Network.

Which version of the Titan would you like to see on screen? The teenagers or the older comic versions?
