X-Men: Apocalypse Warcraft character posters

With the summer movie season nearly upon us, the many blockbusters of the year have begun to release more and more marketing materials, including poster after poster. X-MEN: APOCALYPSE, the next installment of the X-MEN franchise, will bring together quite a few of the mutants we know and love as they find themselves battling against the most powerful mutant in the X-MEN universe. Upon awakening after thousands of years, Apocalpyse (Oscar Isaac) becomes disillusioned with the state of the world and recruits his Four Horsemen, Magneto (Michael Fassbender), Psylocke (Olivia Munn), Storm (Alexandra Shipp), and Archangel (Ben Hardy), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order.

A new set of X-MEN: APOCALYPSE character posters have been released, check 'em out!

Our next set of character posters today comes from Duncan Jones' upcoming adaptation of Blizzard's WARCRAFT, which finds the peaceful realm of Azeroth standing on the brink of war as its civilization faces a fearsome race of invaders: Orc warriors fleeing their dying home to colonize another. As a portal opens to connect the two worlds, one army faces destruction and the other faces extinction. From opposing sides, two heroes are set on a collision course that will decide the fate of their family, their people and their home. It's been a little hard to tell just how WARCRAFT will be received, at first glance it appears to be a confusing mess of CG creatures, but I have enough faith in Duncan Jones that I know I'll be checking this out at some point.

Beast's pretty filthy, judging by his poster - everyone else gets swooshy lights and effects and he gets lint.

Why not this for X-Men's marketing. Make a movie poster like an X-Men comic book cover. Have the faces of who will appear in the top left, even how much admission would be. Then a killer action sequence

The X-Men posters are indeed slightly better. Don't care for WOW at all. I never played WOW and the movie doesn't look interesting. When I watched the first trailer, I expected Butters to show up at some point and that it turned out to be a live action adaptation of South Park's Imaginationland. And Paula Patton just looks ridiculous.

WOW Box Office?

I have never played WOW and frankly this movie does not interest me in the slightest with each poster and trailer taking away more of my interest. This stings because I absolutely love Duncan Jones and find Ben
Foster, Dominic Cooper and Toby Kebbell to be incredibly talented. Without the WOW name behind this I'm pretty sure this movie would be a massive flop but my question is will the connection to WOW make this film a "surprise" hit or will the lack of interest still hold because of the

What is the early guess for a domestic total 2 months out?

Those are at least some of the better X-Men posters we have seen as of late; but, still the marketing hasn't been awful.

Excited for this film because I feel like McAvoy, Lawrence, Fassbender and Hoult have all really been great with their interpretations of these iconic characters. This film has me excited due to the additions of Oscar Isaac, Tye Sheridan and particularly the addition of Sophie Turner as Jean Gray (who I hope will really make the role her own and be around for a few films in this franchise). I also find the idea of Apocalypse and his Horsemen creating destruction on a scale we haven't seen in

I also find the idea of Apocalypse and his Horsemen creating destruction on a scale we haven't seen in any previous X-Men film very exciting. Here's hoping this film can reach the lofty expectations of "First Class" and "D.O.F.P." while bringing in a great villain, played by a GREAT actor. This is my 3rd most anticipated comic book film this summer behind "Civil War" and
"Suicide Squad".
