I don't know about you but I'm pretty excited for DEAD MAN DOWN. I've enjoyed everything I've seen so far for the revenge flick and with the the combination of director Neils Arden Oplev (Swedish version of THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO) and stars Noomi Rapace, Colin Farrell, and Terrence Howard, we could be in for a real treat.

We showed you a featurette for DEAD MAN DOWN a copule of weeks ago and today we have a new one focusing on Noomi Rapace and her character Beatrice. There's also a new clip that shows us that Beatrice is a bit of a Peeping Tom, and Colin Farrell should be more careful about who is watching when he's giving someone a beat-down.

To give you an idea of what to expect from Beatrice there's also this sweet mash-up video of her and other bad-ass women from cinema. It's called "Women Not To F@¢k With" and although you might be tempted to buy one of these fine ladies a drink they're more than likely going to respond by kicking your knee cap off.

Girl Power

DEAD MAN DOWN is out March 8th.

Extra Tidbit: Did you know one of the studios producing DEAD MAN DOWN is WWE Studios? This is definitely a step-up from SEE NO EVIL and THE MARINE...

I like the direction WWE Studios are heading in. They've recently signed a promotional deal with Paramount to promote The Rock's movies, mainly PAIN & GAIN and GI JOE, which makes sense since The Rock is the current WWE Champion. WWE definitely have the money to fund good action flicks. And who knows, if they can fund a big action flick for The Rock, he may be able to stick around the ring more while still keeping his Hollywood career beating non-stop. Good trailer, btw. Looks like fun.
