Strike Back below!
by: Mike Sampson Dec. 3, 2009

While I thought the IRON MAN 2 poster that debuted earlier this week was aces, I couldn't help but wonder in the back of my mind, how long it'd be before we saw an IRON MAN poster that gave us a little more Robert Downey, Jr. Turns out I didn't have to wait long at all.

Today Empire Online has a first look at the international teaser poster for IRON MAN 2 and while it's missing War Machine, it does have a look at Downey's Tony Stark inside the Iron Man armor looking mighty intense. Like he's about ready to kick some Whiplash ass. So after looking at this new poster, which one do you like better? Click the teaser image below to see the full magilla at Empire.

preferred the last one, but they're both pretty unoriginal and a bit cobbled together. sure the film will be sweet though.

Not as impressive as the 1st one but still good. He either looks very pissed or dying to go to the bathroom now, hahaha. Now I'm expecting to see Don Cheadle's War Machine poster. Just hoping they make one.

Fuck all that. I reckon it's awesome. Certainly the most anticipated for me next year. It's the IRON MAN sequel. Come on!

No Originality
The posters for this film, like the first one, are boring and show that the creators have no imagination.

Meh
Doesn't do much for me. Change the title and it would easily be an 'Iron Man 1' poster without anyone being any the wiser. The Dark Knight delivered posters that let you KNOW things were different. The burning skyscraper with bat-shaped hole, Joker through a stained glass window with 'Why So Serious' written in blood. That got me psyched.

Don't like em' both. Not digging the overly blue sky in the backdrop. Would have preferred a orange-ish tone. Something about the sky makes these posters look...fake. Or it lessens their quality a lil'.

Waiting for the flick, though. Looking forward to Mickey Rourke's performance more even though I don't like the man very much.

Cool...
Can't wait to see all the "clever" ways they find to make him take his helmet off in this one. Assholes(that's a preemptive statement).

Love the "wtf are you looking at" face of RDJ. Should of released this poster only and kept the war machine reveal for the movie.
