I don't know if it's my instinctive aversion to romcoms or if "Arrested Development" just set a high standard for Jason Bateman, but the new trailer for THE SWITCH (formerly THE BASTER) is leaving me kinda flat. Your chuckle-meter may get more activity.

I'm interested in seeing Jeff Goldblum and Patrick Wilson trying to go for laughs, but the rather repugnant concept (a guy replaces a platonic ladyfriend's sperm donation with his own) and the ubiquitous Aniston blandness is getting in the way. Maybe it will end up being a pleasant surprise?

The thing is...
The thing is that I will watch Jeff Goldblum in ANYTHING. And Jason Bateman is a welcome bonus. But yeah, this looks... normal. Harmless. But Goldblum is in it.

What an awful trailer. Another one of those "lets give away the entire movie" kinda trailers.. and i cant stand that horrid bland boring title. Its right down there with Love Happens.. i'm gonna have to wait and redbox this one next winter. Maybe. If its lucky. And if i'm really bored. Or drunk.

I like The Baster as a title better. I like The Master Baster even more so.

This trailer was actually very funny. Much better than that Bounty Hunter movie. Anniston is definitely keeping busy.

Looks really good!!
The trailer was good and the story sounds very funny. Love the cast Bateman, Wilson, and Goldblum was hilarious in this. Anniston seems tolerable in this movie as well. I love movies like this and think this will be a hit when it comes out.

yeah i have a soft spot for this guy thanks a lot to Arrested D and the fact he was a child star that made it back. But not keen at all to see this film.
