This September the hunt is back on, and humans will once again be forced to fight off vicious, heavily-armed, metal-claw-having aliens bent on ripping their spines out. Yes, it will all be very gruesome, and you can get the best taste of the carnage yet in the brand new trailer for THE PREDATOR from director Shane Black. Boyd Holbrook, Keegan-Michael Key, Olivia Munn, Trevante Rhodes, Thomas Jane, Sterling K. Brown and more will face the supreme predator, and may God have mercy on their souls.
From the outer reaches of space to the small-town streets of suburbia, the hunt comes home in Shane Black's explosive reinvention of the Predator series. Now, the universe's most lethal hunters are stronger, smarter and deadlier than ever before, having genetically upgraded themselves with DNA from other species. When a young boy accidentally triggers their return to Earth, only a ragtag crew of ex-soldiers and a disgruntled science teacher can prevent the end of the human race.

This trailer was pretty badass and it showed off plenty of the gore and violence we can expect from the flick. As well it got into the dynamic of the team much more than previous trailers, and we can tell their bond will be a key element of the film. And how about that "ultimate Predator", the one who no doubt has ripped off the skull of the other one in the below poster. That thing looks intense and awesome, and I'm sort of rooting for it to win.
THE PREDATOR arrives September 14.
