Oh, he does have big eyes! Here's a look at the new suit for The Amazing Spider-Man 2
So that's what those eyes went to! Last week, director Marc Webb teased the eye of a mask for THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2. Me, being me, decided to go out of the box for possible ideas. Now I just feel silly.
Our first look at Peter's new suit has already been revealed for our eyes to get a decent look at. It's not the entire costume, but you see the eyes on the mask and sort of get the idea they are going for. This suit feels a little more traditional when compared to the one from the first. It's actually pretty close to the Raimi suit, except for the eyes which have a different shape. Interested in seeing what the rest is going to look like. Webb did say that the eyes would be bigger, and that the suit would have some changes to color and texture all over.
Pretty big change though from the last suit. That one looked like someone sowed together some basketballs and got edgy with it. Below is a comparison between the two.
Synopsis: In The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) finds, life is busy between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school graduation can't come quickly enough. Peter hasn't forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen's father to protect her by staying away but that's a promise he just can't keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.
THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 spins its web on May 2, 2014.
