Parnassus hits big
It seems Terry Gilliam managed to avoid sending his upcoming directorial effort THE IMAGINARIUM OF DR. PARNASSUS into an unfortunate production hell after the shocking death of Heath Ledger, who was starring in the film. There were rumors that given the film's magical elements, Gilliam could save the film and preserve Ledger's final performance by simply casting someone else and use an appropriately fantastical explanation for the discrepancy. Well, according to AICN, that's exactly what he did. In fact, he cast three actors in the role - JoBlo.com man crush Johnny Depp, British man meat Jude Law and Irish man candy Colin Farrell. They all likely offered their services as a personal tribute to Ledger.
||With these kinda names, it has to get a wide-ish release.
