Pennywise prank makes the nightmare all too real

One thing that gets people through horror movies is this cognitive separation where we tell ourselves that horror we’re watching is merely fantasy, and there’s no way an actual demon clown is going to lure us into the sewers.  Sadly, for a very unlucky group of people, the nightmare that is Pennywise from IT has become all too real. A gag from the prank show, CÂMERAS ESCONDIDAS, features a man crudely dressed as Pennywise terrorizing people on the street, most likely scarring them for life. It’s hilarious!

IT hits theaters this week, and I'm sure this is the last thing some people need to see. The images of Bill Skarsgard are haunting, and the fear of clowns is at its peak nowadays. I feel my high-pitched screams would ring through the neighborhood if a man dressed as a killer clown came barreling at me down the street. Don't lie; you would piss yourself too.

IT arrives September 8.
