Pirates 3 secret ending!

I really didn't like PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN 3, so there was absolutely no way on God's green earth that I was sticking around to see the secret ending that appeared after the credits. If you felt the same, or just want to see it again, the you can check it out below. DON'T watch it if you're still to see the movie, since there's a pretty big SPOILER in it.

Like I said, I didn't like the movie. A lot of the time there wasn't enough Jack Sparrow, and sometimes there was way too much Jack Sparrow, if you know what I mean. I can see why people would like it though, and I'm glad for you. It just wasn't for me. I'm already over the franchise, so seeing that ending doesn't really do anything for me. What about you guys though? Am I talking out of my ass? Does that ending bode well for the future, if there is one?

I waited the whole credits expecting some really hilarious shenanigan with Keith Richards or Johnny Depp - I mean, they brought the guy on set, why wouldn't they film some nonsense with him? But I was disappointed. Still, the rest of the film was entertaining enough.

The ending and the secret ending sucks,especially for Elisabeth. I couldn't believe they would do that to her character, what a waste. She's the real pirate not Whiny Will.

It was a bit long and way too much stuff in it. I liked the Locker scenes with Depp but after he got out there was too much "multiple jack".
The best thing about that flick was Elizabeth Swan's LEG at the end. Yowza was that nice!! Not sure if it was Keira's or not. Looked too meaty.

Bah. it wasn't a BAD movie but it wasn't my cup of tea/ Definitely not enough Jack Sparrow. I also expected a bit more from Keith Richards for how much hype it had gotten. But oh well, I hope they at least stop now. NO MORE PIRATES , says I.

Yes James Thoo, you ARE talking through your ass. And in my opinion, so is everyone else out there who hated "At World's End". With all the stupid remakes, prequels, sequels, comic book, graphic novel and other piles of dog shit out there, people are bound to hate some and love the rest. Or hate a lot and love only a few. But in my opinion, Pirates 1, 2, and 3 have all been PERFECT in my opinion. Blast me if you please, I don't give a fuck. Just know that many of you here are just talking out

Actually, sitting through THESE credits was pretty bad. They were about 12 minutes long (about half of which was listing special effects technicians) and I had already been sitting for three hours.

And after all that the end credits scene was totally underwhelming, just like the whole movie.

Wow...

...is sitting through the credits really that bad? I mean, at least here you get something for it. It shouldn't be a chore or something you despise doing. I do it for every single movie. I figure that if I can spend 2 hours watching a movie, the least I can do it watch a few extra minutes of credits and acknowledge the people who made the movie possible. you'd think that people were pulling out your fingernails one by one and then dunking them in lemon juice with the way people are carrying

It was OK; nothing special. I'm glad I didn't sit through what was probably 15 minutes of credits to see that. I would have been pissed if that were the case.

But I deny the genius of this film. The only genius I see is the fact that someone was able to make a franchise out of a silly ride at Disney. As for the secret ending--I am sick to death of that stuff as well. You couldn't have paid me to sit through 15 minutes of credits to see what I just painlessly viewed here. Thanks Joe, I pronounce you....A genius.

I liked the movie a lot, but the first ending was good eneough for me. ... and for everyone who said the plot was hard to understand.. really guys? reaally? .. cmon, it wasnt that confusing.. anyways.. this movie blew 'dead mans chest' away, but im havin trouble putting it ahead of the first

...they don't choose what part of the video appears in the link. It just appears there when you upload a video. YouTube just picks a random part of the video being uploaded and puts it as the image.

Either way, I really dug this ending and loved the movie as well.

I'm glad you posted this because I could not wait to get out of that theater. Aside from every character having a storyline that could be a movie on it's own, plus the pirate "dialogue",plus the over the top accents, PLUS the idiotic storyline...even this scene was hard to sit through.
And a word to the screenwriters: Seriously, how freakin' hard is it to just write a story that is easy and fun to understand about freakin' Pirates!?!?!?!?!?!

I despised the first one (despite multiple, multiple attempts to try and like it due to its overwhelming popularity) and never bothered with the second. Previews for this one look cool but... I'll wait until someone drags me for free before anything happens there. With this secret ending that is supposedly so spoilerific... what's the big deal? It's just a typical, happy ending with a stupid song in it. No surprises there, even for someone who hasn't seen the majority of the trilogy.

Two things. Firstly - way to be behind the news by 3 days.....saw this posted elsewhere Monday. And secondly - so you post a spoiler warning - and then the still from the film you have in the article GIVES IT AWAY! Where is the common sense lately, guys?

I had a feeling there was something there, since the 1st one had something too. But I was sitting for 3 hours at that point - I figured I would see it on the internet. And I was right....

meh..

i liked the first one a lot, but i thought things ballooned out of control in the 2nd and 3rd films. Jack was great as the rogue pirate who everybody hates, including the other pirates.

then they went and made him some kind of pirate messiah that everyone had to risk death to save, even though they all still hated him. that made no sense.

Deserves praise for what it is...

...A hell of a ride. I liked the way this story played out. At World's End brought a load of new stuff to the table. Johnny Depp alone makes it a superb movie. The way I see it, there's no denying the genius of this film.
