Strike Back below!

Wow, I thought getting a couple of pictures yesterday was awesome, but suddenly what do I find today, but a god damned trailer, for THE RIGHTEOUS KILL! You're obviously gonna want to check it out right now, but I'm gonna make you wait. Partly because I'm a pleasure delayer and partly because... well... this thing isn't as good as it might sound. And bare in mind that no one is trying to make it sound good, you just hear Pacino and De Niro in one film, and go nuts. I'm not really even calling it a trailer. This definitely won't be final, it's more just a production piece and for the most part it's mediocre. There is a moment of extreme awesome, right at the end, with De Niro on the verge of being badass, but other than that, relax guys, you're gonna have to wait a little longer to see these guys get down for real. Jon Avnet is directing the film about two detectives on the trail of a vigilante serial killer. Carla Gugino, Curtis Jackson and John Leguizamo co-star. Go check the trailer out at JoBlo.com's video section!

Extra Tidbit: Anyone notice that the 'trailer' isn't even promoting the story, just the two leads 'starring together as never before'?

I can hardly wait for this movie now. I'm really excited about this flick now, even more so than before, can't wait till the final trailer or the movie. I only wish it didn't have 50 Cent in it, but i guess he has achieved a dream that most rappers haven't. He's staring in a movie along side Scarface...

it's 50 cent
Thanks for calling him Curtis Jackson instead of "fiddy". I hate when journalists try to sound hip by calling him fiddy. He doesnt even call himself fiddy! Only cornball writers use that bullshit.

Fifty, Fif, 5-0, all acceptable. but get that fiddy shit out of here.

I knew there was something wrong with this movie early on, because the bare-bones story didn't sound any different from a hundred other movies, and the director's resume ain't all that impressive. I still think it'll be a lot better than this promo, because Pacino got hardly any time in this thing and De Niro pretty much hogged the show. Don't get me wrong, I like him plenty, but Pacino needed...

Watch your back mother fucker
Well, I'm excited to see two of the greatest actors come together in a new movie - but this movie just seems so fucking cliche.

If it didn't star Pacino and DeNiro it'd probably go straight to DVD...

THIS IS NO HEAT!! !! !!
