Saturn Award noms | Movie NewsI love that there is an awards ceremony strictly geared for geeks -- the Saturn Awards.

The Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films has announced this year's genre-friendly nominations, and as usual there are some head-scratching inclusions and categorizations (HANCOCK under "Fantasy"? GRAN TORINO as Action/Adventure/Thriller? THE HAPPENING for anything but Best Comedy?).

Still, let's be thankful we get enough sci-fi/horror/etc. movies each year to even qualify. Here's a sample of this year's picks -- you can visit the OFFICIAL SITE for the complete and comprehensive list of movie and TV nominees.

Ishh ..
God their nomnations sucks ! They can't even putt the right films in good categories. If the happenning is nominated for something else than worst movie of the years ths Saturn awards don't have crédibility in my opinion.

I really like seeing Harrison Ford get some love for Indy IV. The movie was questionable but he was not.
