Show Us Your Shit #14

03.07.2008

This latest column on the DVD CLINIC asks YOU to be participate and yes, ladies and germs....SHOW US YOUR SHIT!! If you've got a cool collection of DVDs, movie posters, toys, comic books, figurines, an awesome home theater set-up that you just have to share with the rest of the world of movie nerds who reside on this very site, this column is for you! Just read the requirements below and drop us a line at [email protected] with pics, videos and commentary about your nifty stuff and your collection might be the next one up here.

REQUIREMENTS:

1) Please include any basic personal info on yourself, so others could know who the f*ck you are. Age, sex, geographical location, what you do in life, etc....

2) Take some pictures or videos of any cool shit you have in your pad, and send it along with your message to us. Make sure that every picture/video is explained and you don't just send us a bunch of pics and say "Here's my shit!", cause that's not what we're looking for. We need some words attached to the pics, what they are, where you might've got it, shit like that.

3) Try and zone in on a couple of your FAVORITE AND UNIQUE ITEMS and point those out as well. If possible, let our readers know WHERE you might've bought them, etc...

Name: Eric

Where: Southern California

I'm Eric from Southern California and I bought my movies mostly from Best Buy, Amazon.com, and Wherehouse Movies and Music. I go on Joblo.com almost every day and I thank you very much for having this great site. It's a real help for release dates and just updates on movies and actors and shit. Thanks.

This is my brand new 26" Samsung LCD Hi-Def TV that I bought from Circuit City. My entertainment room is in my room. Its got 5,000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio. I wanted to take a picture with a movie on the screen so I popped in Backdraft.

Cosmo Kramer! The ASSMAN. This is a famous painting of the Kramer character on Seinfeld. I had to frame it.

Michael, Freddy, Jason, and Patrick. They all sound like ordinary people but they'll F**k You UP!

This Freddy vs. Jason figure is probably one of my favorites because it deeply summarizes the characters into this one figure.

More badass mo'fo's. Pinhead, Captain Spaulding, Freddy and Jason.

Rob Zombie is the man! When I found out there was a figure of Zombie, I knew right away that I had to get it so I went on Ebay and ordered. That's where I got most of my figures from.

My entire DVD collection. This is a few thousand dollars worth of movies and TV shows but I gotta say it was all worth it. I've been collecting DVDs for about 5 years now. Its a disease, I can't stop.

This is my big America Psycho blanket that I bought from Hot Topic. I thought it would look nicer as a huge poster.

I keep all of my CDs and my Music DVDs in here along with all of my games for PS2,PSP, and DS. This was my original cabinet for my DVDs but I ran out of space and got the other one.
