South Park takes on Tron and Facebook in latest episode

TRON: LEGACY is still about 8 months away but last night's "South Park" already took the characters into the world of "Tron." The episode ostensibly centers around Facebook and what happens when one person doesn't want to participate when everyone around them does. Kyle, Cartman and Kenny set up a page for Stan who wants no part of it but once his family and friends at school realize he's on, they won't let him not participate. Soon his profile becomes more popular than he is and Stan is forced to enter the world of Facebook and battle Profile Stan (except in this "Tron" world there are no lightcycle races...). Pretty sad that these amazing fellows had to make an episode of TV -- that probably cost 100K -- just so they could remind everyone out there of their mass-retardation.
