Stan Lee signs w/ MGM
MGM and Bruce Willis' production company Cheyenne Enterprises have signed a deal with Stan Lee's new comic company POW! Entertainment for movie and TV projects. The first three projects that will be considered under the deal are "The Femizons," "The Double Man," and "Nightbird." Director Antoine Fuqua (TRAINING DAY) is currently developing THE DOUBLE MAN with writer Alan McElroy. So far the deal is only for 2002 but there is an option to extend, which seems likely, upon year's end. POW! is currently working with Pamela Anderson to turn her likeness into an animated series for cable channel TNT.
