Stephen King’s IT star Chosen Jacobs joins Hulu’s Castle Rock

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

Well, it looks like yet another star of Andres Mushcietti's take on STEPHEN KING'S IT has moved into the town of CASTLE ROCK for J.J. Abrams' and Stephen King's upcoming psychological horror Hulu series. After all, we already knew that Pennywise himself, Bill Skarsgard was calling Castle Rock home, but today Deadline is reporting that Mike Hanlon aka Chosen Jacobs will be taking up residence in the mystery series as well.

Evidently, Jacobs will play "Wendell Deaver, the son of Henry Deaver (Andre Holland)" and that sounds like a solid combination to me. Now let's see little Sophia Lillis come to town as well! How excited are you to know that Chosen Jacobs has joined Stephen King's CASTLE ROCK? Make sure to hit us up and let us know how excited you are about this new film in the comments below or on social media!

CASTLE ROCK synopsis via Hulu:

A psychological horror series set in the Stephen King multiverse, “Castle Rock” combines the mythological scale and intimate character storytelling of King’s best-loved works, weaving an epic saga of darkness and light, played out on a few square miles of Maine woodland. The first-of-its-kind re-imagining explores the themes and worlds uniting the entire King canon while brushing up against some of his most iconic and beloved stories and characters.

CASTLE ROCK is written by Dustin Thomason and Sam Shaw, and executive produced by Stephen King and J.J. Abrams. The series stars Melanie Lynskey, Jane Levy, Bill Skarsgård, Terry O'Quinn, Scott Glenn, André Holland, and Sissy Spacek. The 10-episode first season is expected to hit Hulu in 2018!
