JoBlo is at SXSW this week and we sure did find a gem of a documentary. THE BILL MURRAY STORIES is a film that tackles the urban legends surrounding actor Bill Murray. The film covers stories like how he randomly joined in on a kickball game, or partied all night with some strangers at a bar, did the dishes at a house party or simply ate someone french fry. The filmmakers embark on a quest to track down all these people who were blessed with a Murray moment. THE BILL MURRAY STORIES is much more than just a fun fan film about a beloved celebrity, the narrative really explores the poetry of Bill’s lifestyle and how we should all live a Murray inspired life. We sat down with producers Derrick Kunzer and Max Paolucci along with director Tommy Avallone to talk about how they made this SXSW smash hit.
