Take a peek at these new photos of Jeremy Renner and Edward Norton from The Bourne Legacy

Apr. 17, 2012by: Niki Stephens

New photos from THE BOURNE LEGACY are at each corner of the web today.

MTV, Kinopoisk, and EW all have brand spankin' new looks at Renner, as well as one of both him and Edward Norton. That one is pretty intense. Can't wait to see that scene.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm not at all bothered by Renner taking over for Damon. It gives the franchise potential to grow in a different direction that could potentially be more interesting. If the trailer was an indication, we are definitely in for a great action film.

Check out the pics below.

My taxes

Are all government agencies as incompetently disorganized as Treadstone? It's no wonder we are in a recession!

I don't know how to feel, but...

Renner is a fantastic actor, and in my honest opinion, both he and Norton tend to make great choices in what they choose to star in, with a few exceptions. I feel that this probably has a great script if the two of them signed on, and I'll give it a chance while I'm weary of the change... The series felt as if it needed a change though. I think the 3rd was okay, but it started to feel like the movies were getting a little cliche. Some amazing fight scenes, a lot of henchmen that Bourne

Some amazing fight scenes, a lot of henchmen that Bourne easily dispatched, a single hitman that Bourne makes a personal connection with, a new Government agent hellbent on catching him as a ploy to cover up their own misdoings... I'm hoping this ones breaks some new ground.

Hmmmm

It will be interesting to see where this goes or if its just more of the same stuff with a new lead actor. Hoping Norton is great in this as he's sort of fallen off in recent year. I still have no idea what was going on in Stone, need to watch that one again.

I like Renner more than Damon.

Sue me. Something about Damon: I don't dislike him and he's turned in some solid performances, but I wasn't really at all bothered by Renner taking over. Damon lacks charisma, I think, and though it worked for Bourne I don't think I've ever been sold a film based entirely on his presence.

I really don't know anyone who cares about or is looking forward to this movie. Honestly it feels like one of those knock-off direct-to-dvd movies, but with a good cast. But if people will pay to see the Spider-man origin story again, I'm sure some will pay to see the same Bourne story done without Bourne.

for me you hit both points out of the park. Im beyond bed up with production companies cashing in on established franchises. I won't see this nor, will i ever see Sony's reboot... Ever out of sheer principle, they will not get a dime from me

No interest

You might as well not report on this movie. I'll never see it. Has nothing to do with the over-and-done Bourne movies.

Let me guess, Norton is once again...

... a cocky know-it-all who talks in a semi-monotone and stalks around like he's the sole source of worldly knowledge. I am tired of his schtick.
