Update: The final trailer for Schwarzenegger's return vehicle The Last Stand is here

UPDATE: Yeah, so, obviously this isn't new.  I was duped. The official Facebook page is having a contest to send the "final" trailer out through the social media stratosphere and I got suckered, thinking this was the FINAL "final" trailer.  My apologies for the redundant post.  Still, you can enjoy that "final" trailer one more time before the film comes out next month.

Next month, former Governor, Terminator, and Conan jumps back into the movie game with THE LAST STAND, a rousing actioner that reunites the star with his most formidable genre.  Directed by THE GOOD, THE BAD, AND THE WEIRD's Jee-woon Kim, the film also stars Rodrigo Santoro, Forest Whitaker, Jaimie Alexander, Johnny Knoxville, Luis Guzman, Peter Stormare, and Harry Dean Staton, all of which (mostly) helps to ease Schwarzenegger back into the limelight.

The final trailer features a bit more story to join the action, most of which we've already seen, but there's some new peeks in there to make it well worth your while.  Plus, it's Arnold, man!  I'm happy to see the big guy back on the big screen and I think this is a good start.  It's nothing risky or clever, which is not what he needs right out the gate.  Plenty of projects like that lined up after this.  This is Arnold showing that he can have fun and deliver the goods.  Let's hope he does.

Join the chase:

THE LAST STAND opens on January 18, 2013.

I'm interested in seeing this one. Looks pretty fun. Sort of an odd question, when did the MPAA start allowing studios to show guns being pointed at the camera again in trailers? This has been a rule of theirs for a long time and I saw at least four instances of it in this trailer.
