The Flash and Aquaman's cameos in Batman V Superman possibly revealed

We've known for some time that Jason Momoa's Aquaman would be making a cameo in BATMAN V SUPERMAN, and it looks like he's not going to be alone. According to Heroic Hollywood, Ezra Miller will also be popping up (albeit breifly) in DAWN OF JUSTICE. Makes sense to at least tease some of the other Justice League, given the moniker. For those of you looking to go in blind, you'll probably want to avoid the following. Here's whats being reported as far as the two cameos go and when we should expect to see them.

As reported by Heroic Hollywood:

In the movie, there is a scene where Batman breaks deep into Lexcorp/Cadmus and manages to hack into the Lexcorp computers. Batman brings up surveillance footage on the monitors which shows the following:

Ezra Miller's The Flash is a blur that stops a robbery.

Jason Momoa's Aquaman is held prisoner in a containment chamber where we see his hand slap against the glass.

For you folks looking forward to seeing Aquaman and The Flash, do you think the above will do anything for ya? Obviously there's a greater focus being brought to Bats and Supes (as well as Wonder Woman, to a degree) but I'm not sure how these cameos will play for the general public who aren't well-versed in DC's other heroes. Aquaman being held prisoner is an interesting development, so I'm curious to see if that's something that will be addressed in SUICIDE SQUAD or if they're going to wait until JUSTICE LEAGUE to dive into that. Where are your precious sea friends now, Aquaman?!? I kid...but seriously.

BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE will hit theaters on March 25, 2015.

What a mistake...

Not to use Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/Flash.

Looks like they are trying to squeeze everyone into that movie.

I remember when Ezra was first being rumored as being up for the role of an older Richard Grayson. He was really great in The Perks of Being a Wallflower. He would have made a good Nightwing. He plays the brooding rebel really well.

Though against the tone they're going for... the footage Batman sees of Aquaman should have involved him being caught up in some fisherman's net as it was being hauled up out of the sea. Aquaman could be seen lying haphazardly looking directly at the camera with one eyebrow raised :o)

Believe me...

No one in their right mind is looking forward to an Ezra Miller Barry Allen Flash.

I may not be looking forward to an Ezra Miller Flash, but I would be interested in what the talented duo of Chris Miller and Phil Lord brings to the character. They have yet to disappoint me as filmmakers, so their involvement is appealing to me. That said, I have no issues with Ezra Miller at all, and I don't watch the series, so what do I care?

DC and WB really dropped the ball when they decided not to use CW's Flash and Green Arrow.

If I had to choose one of the two, I would rather have Amell make the transition.

The cameos are alright. Like The Flash will most likely not be Ezra Miller, just a CGI mock up and barely showing anything of The Flash himself. Which is fine, because I could honestly care less about this depiction of The Flash. Ezra Miller was a horrible choice for the character and has dwindled any anticipation I had for the movie.

The Aquaman cameo is interesting, although a bit confusing. I feel that now future movies like Justice League or a solo Aquaman movie will then need to

The Aquaman cameo is interesting, although a bit confusing. I feel that now future movies like Justice League or a solo Aquaman movie will then need to explain how Lex Luthor was able to trap him. Keep in mind, while Luthor is a genius, his first exposure to meta-humans would have been with everyone else in Man of Steel. So how did he all of a sudden get not only the knowledge of Aquaman, but also the resources to capture him? Seems like a lot of backstory to explain for a cameo in a movie.

I'm willing to be the Flash stuff will be a scene taken from the CW show just to save money.

Could definitely work. Flash could still not be known publicly with the police knowing about this mysterious force that has assisted them. Aquaman could have been captured at one point or still be imprisoned.
I'm still hoping they use the idea that he rescued Clark Kent in Man of Steel after the oil rig fire.

"Hey. Hey Clark, are you thinking about your childhood? You look like you are thinking about your childhood. Well, I'll be over here if anybody needs me. . . . (Whispers) Justice League." - Aquaman (How Man Of Steel Should Have Ended) [link]

They'll probably use that as the reason Aquaman got captured due to showing up and helping Clark. Would make sense.

I hope seeing the whole team or at least the Trinity on screen together for the very first time will be just as exciting and iconic as seeing the Avengers for the very first time on screen.

And I'm also wondering where Green Lantern will be during the events/timeline of this film. Perhaps he's in space already, training?

Good question. I think it will depend on which Green Lantern they decide to use. Because if it is Hal Jordan, then it's easy to explain in that Abin Sur had not crashed and died on Earth yet. So Hal is still just a pilot with Ferris Air.

If they choose to go with John Stewart, as has been rumored, then it could be explained that Hal Jordan as Green Lantern never really dealt with any issues on Earth specifically. His exploits were always off-world. The ring is being passed to John
