The full moon brings us 7 new Wolfman clips!

Jan. 29, 2010by: Mike Sampson

We'll have to wait until next week until we start getting some early word from critics about how THE WOLFMAN has turned out. As I've often stated, I have a feeling everything will have turned out just fine. Those TV spots they keep running have gotten the hairs on the back of my neck to stand up, that's for sure (wow, that's a line corny enough for Larry King...).

We've got seven new clips from the film to share with you and give you a little bit more on the film than the standard footage we've seen. I'll leave you with this one clip where Anthony Hopkins' Sir John Talbot locks Lawrence in a room right before he transforms. Fingers twist, feet expand and eyes turn yellow... After watching this clip, click here to check out the rest of the clips in JoBlo Video. THE WOLFMAN hits theaters on February 12!

No more doubts

This is clearly going to be the best werewolf movie in years. But... just one question. What the fuck is that Gollum looking thing? It sure doesn't look like a werewolf.

Action/Scifi/Thriller movies taking place in Victorian settings bore the life out of me.

Wow, besides Emily Blunt (who is, of course, doing a fine job), this looks really, really corny. And you have no idea how much it literally upsets me to say that. I love werewolves. But why does this have to look so corny? Why can't it just be real spooky? Hopefully I'm wrong and the movie turns out to be good.

Moist

The whole Vampire, Zombie, Lycan franchise has been, excuse the play on words, risen from the dead more then Jebus. Some incarnations are downright horrible, while others leave fans coming back for more.

There seem to be many more Vampire and Zombie flicks then there does Lycan/Werewolf flicks, which is disappointing for me, because I'd take a good Lycan film over the others anyday. Despite the critics, Lycan films, in my opinion, have gotten better over time. The Gingersnaps and Underworld

Despite the critics, Lycan films, in my opinion, have gotten better over time. The Gingersnaps and Underworld trilogies being prime examples. I wish nothing but success for this film, trailer looks good, clips look intriguing, and hopefully this movie wont be over-hyped and killed before it hits theaters.
