Well, virtual unknown Noah Ringer now has TWO credits he can put on his IMDB page.
After being plucked from obscurity for M. Night Shyamalan’s LAST AIRBENDER adaptation (which if he f*cks it up, so help me), Ringer now has been snatched up to appear in COWBOYS AND ALIENS by someone who was apparently very impressed with the AIRBENDER trailer.
COWBOYS is being directed by Jon Favreau, and is amassing quite a cast to date. A ways back Daniel Craig replaced Robert Downey Jr. as the lead, Olivia Wilde then signed on and finally Harrison Ford announced he was playing a gunslinger in the film just last week.
There’s no word on who exactly Ringer will be playing, but if I had to venture a guess, it will be a character that employs some of his wicked martial arts moves because if not, why wouldn’t they find a child actor more experienced at, you know, acting?
