Yesterday we gave you a sneak peek at the latest trailer for Jose Padilha's upcoming remake of the 1987 classic ROBOCOP and today we have the full trailer for you to check out below!

I know many of you just aren't onboard with this new take on the iconic future of law enforcement, but the more I see from this flick, the more I like so I'm completely willing to give it a chance before passing judgement, although to be fair I side with the 'It didn't need a remake' crowd. The original certainly stands the test of time, but I'm hoping this new version is as much fun as this new trailer makes it look.

In RoboCop, the year is 2028 and multinational conglomerate OmniCorp is at the center of robot technology. Overseas, their drones have been used by the military for years – and it’s meant billions for OmniCorp’s bottom line. Now OmniCorp wants to bring their controversial technology to the home front, and they see a golden opportunity to do it. When Alex Murphy (Joel Kinnaman) – a loving husband, father and good cop doing his best to stem the tide of crime and corruption in Detroit – is critically injured in the line of duty, OmniCorp sees their chance for a part-man, part-robot police officer. OmniCorp envisions a RoboCop in every city and even more billions for their shareholders, but they never counted on one thing: there is still a man inside the machine pursuing justice.

Directed by Jose Padilha, ROBOCOP stars Joel Kinnaman as the title character, Gary Oldman as the scientist who creates ROBOCOP, and Samuel L. Jackson as media mogul Pat Novak. The film is eyeing a Feb. 7, 2014 release.
