The struggle is real for Brad Pitt in poster for David Ayer’s Fury

David Ayer, having directed some gritty street-action films in END OF WATCH and SABOTAGE, is taking things to a whole different level with his tank-fueled action/drama FURY. Earlier this year we got a behind-the-scenes look at what to expect with the flick (and it's looking great thus far), and now we have a poster to go along with it.

Here's some sweet poster action:

The synopsis, for those not in the know:

April, 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theatre, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered and outgunned, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.

The poster is simple, and that's all we need. I'm really diggin' the line-up for this one, so as long as there's a great focus on the characters of the story. I think we're in good hands. When it comes to war films, it's all about finding the small story within the big one, and I love the idea of having this one tank be our eyes and ears for World War II.

FURY, starring Brad Pitt, Shia LaBeouf, Logan Lerman, Michael Peña, Jon Bernthal, Jason Isaacs, and Scott Eastwood, will bring it on November 14th, 2014.
