Tony Scott may direct drug thriller Narco Sub for Fox

Hyper-kinetic director Tony Scott and Fox got together over the long Thanksgiving weekend to talk turkey, stuffing, and of course, the trafficking of illegal narcotics.
According to Variety, Scott has become attached to NARCO SUB, an action-thriller said to be reminiscent of the director's previous films CRIMSON TIDE and MAN ON FIRE. Narco subs are "semi-submersible crafts that South American drug cartels have used to smuggle cocaine into the U.S." No specific plot has been revealed yet. The film comes written by David Guggenheim, former Us Weekly editor and the guy behind the upcoming films STOLEN and SAFE HOUSE.
As for Scott, the director isn't currently locked in for his next project, though he remains attached to direct the biker flick HELL'S ANGELS. He's currently working as a producer on his brother Ridley's hotly anticipated PROMETHEUS.

Is it time to call BFF Denzel Washington for this one? Really I hope so.

Most unique (visually) guy in Hollywood (ever). What about his current project (Emmas War)? It is coming out, isn't it?
Really hope he will use more of his new style from Domino and Man on Fire (which he lost a bit in his latest movies)
