Top 10 Most-Anticipated Movies of 2016!

01.14.2016

Last week we debuted a mega list of 52 films we want to see in 2016, but did so without any kind of preference (we arranged the list by date). Now, we've whittled down our list out of those selections to create a list of the Top 10 we absolutely, positively MUST see in 2016. In all honesty, it was really too easy to compile this one as the writing's kind of on the wall on what most folks want to see. Sure, everyone has their own favorite and odd selections here and there, but this is a list of flicks we can say we'll head to the theater to witness without question. Take a look at what we've got on our dance card and let us know what YOUR Top 10 most anticipated are in the comments below.

It's a good list.

My only objection is the claim that 2015 was a "Hell of a year for movies." 2015 sucked. I can't even come up with a top 10 list because there weren't ten films I liked for the entire year. 2016 appears to be a lot better and I am excited for every film on the list except Suicide Squad. That just doesn't interest me, and it has the largest chance of bombing at the theater. Way too many characters and a convoluted plot (plus a few bad actors and C-list villains).

I am with you brother. The end tail of the year gave us SOME good things but 2015 was as bad as 2006

None of these films excite me. I'm excited for the Conjuring 2.

I've already seen 11 Marvel movies. Most of them seem the same by now. So I'm more or less good. I'm gonna watch the films, because it's like that TV-show I feel obliged to watch by now but it's not high on my list, as you might see

Baywatch also isn't really high but I really like Dwayne Johnson in comedic roles and seeing Alexandra Daddario in a Baywatch movie is a great bonus.
