Now that we've seen the end of Hugh Jackman's incredible nine film run as Wolverine in LOGAN, it's only natural that we look back and reflect on his memorable performances as everyone's favourite cigar chomping mutant. One of my personal favourites is 2013's THE WOLVERINE, also helmed by director James Mangold (LOGAN, WALK THE LINE) which took the character back to his comic book origins with the story taking place in Japan. So for this installment of Top 5 Movie Mistakes, we figured we'd take a look back at this film (we already featured X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE here), and uncover some of the more head scratching mistakes that have seeped through the cracks into the final movie, from disappearing swords to impossible clothing!

4 out of 5 ain't bad!

So I'm with you on the claws, the chopsticks, the black box, and the trousers (pants) but I think the only mistake involving the door at the love hotel was your assumption that the Teddy Bear door was directly across the hall from Wolverine's room. When the Teddy Bear door catches Mariko's eye, Logan is actually turning right down a hallway. Now maybe there's a bit of a slight time jump in the edit but when it cuts to them opening the door to their room the Teddy Bear door would now be to

Whoops, I meant to say that Wolverine is turning LEFT down the hallway.

Couple things I don't understand is that when he is nuked to a crisp is that his hair grows perfectly back. The other is the continuity of Adamantium vs. Adamantium. In The Wolverine in order for Adamantium to be damaged the Adamantium Blade needed to be heated up. But in Logan an Adamantium Bullet can destroy Adamantium without being heated up like the blade. But when an Adamantium Blade without being heated up vs. Logan's claws doesn't do any damage to one another. So how does an Adamantium

Don't tell me it's because of the caliber or the speed/distance. It still wouldn't work. If anything, the shear impact of the bullet would cause his brain to be mush.

i can explain the hair, i remember reading that he has a mental image of himself and his healing factor reverts him back to that state. the adamantium bullets and heating adamantium to cut adamantium make no sense and break their own rules

Silver Samurai

When Logan is fighting Silver Samurai and gets his claws cut off, Silver Samurai only uses 1 hand to heat up the sword. But when Logan tries to use 1 hand Yukio tells him he needs to use 2 hands.
