The Walking Dead

Plenty of pictures and news about season four of THE WALKING DEAD have been released lately, but what many fans really want to know is what's going on with The Governor (David Morrissey). The character's disappearance at the end of the last season was brought up at Comic-Con and creator Robert Kirkman teased that his return will play a big part in the new season.

Mihael Ausiello from TV Line has learned that it's so big that apparently The Governor will have two standalone episodes in the fourth season. Here's what he said when a reader asked Ausillo how big of a role David Morrissey will have in the new season:

Well, I can tell you that he’ll have a major presence in at least two Season 4 episodes, both of which are being unofficially billed as ”standalone Governor” installments. No specific intel on when those episodes will air, but I hear they’ll likely fall in the first chunk of eight (premiering Sunday, Oct. 13).

You down for two episodes completely devoted to The Governor or is it too much?
