Will Fox begin filming Daredevil by October 10th or will he be moving to Disney along with some other heroes?

Could DAREDEVIL be heading to Disney? Or, will he stay at Fox in a Joe Carnahan directed reboot? Or, could Fox keep DAREDEVIL in exchange for the rights to another character?
Things are about to get a little crazy in the Marvel cinematic universe.
According to Variety, 20th Century Fox is actively courting director Joe Carnahan to take the helm of a new DAREDEVIL movie. Until recently, 30 DAYS OF NIGHT director David Slade was in talks to direct. But, sources say Carnahan is the main choice for a "Frank Miller-esque, hardcore 70s thriller" take on blind Hell's Kitchen superhero Matt Murdock -- a vision that would deviate from Disney/Marvel's family-friendly tone.
The twist is that Fox only has until October 10th to get the film going or the rights revert to Marvel.
But, Marvel is willing to negotiate. While Fox is developing a new FANTASTIC FOUR with CHRONICLE director Josh Trank, Fox chairman Tom Rothman may be willing to send the rights to Galactus and Silver Surfer to Marvel so that they can keep their DAREDEVIL film on track. It appears that Marvel may have plans for Galactus and his herald, possibly in the next AVENGERS film or maybe even GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY.
But, if Silver Surfer and Galactus are no longer tied Fox, does that affect the plans for FANTASTIC FOUR? That team would be left primarily with Doctor Doom as the villain which limits the future opponents for that franchise. Or, seeing as how poorly they were used in the Tim Story films, maybe this is a blessing. Disney and Marvel would definitely put the best of their team forward to handle the characters properly. Can you imagine Thanos and Galactus teaming up? THE AVENGERS versus Silver Surfer? The mind boggles!
Looks like we will know more before October 10th. One way or another, this is good news for Marvel fans. Or do you disagree?
| Extra Tidbit: | I wonder if Silver Surfer will get deja vu when he sees Chris Evans as Captain America. |

TAKE IT ALL, MARVEL/DISNEY!!! NO LEFTOVERS FOR FOX!!!
But realistically, if it weren't for Wolverine currently filming, I'd be all for Disney buying out Fox for every Marvel-related project they have. I mean think about it guys, with the exception of X2 and X-Men First Class (and to a degree, the R-Rated version of Daredevil), has Fox ever done us any favors on our favorite Marvel superheroes? HELL to the NO. I can't be alone on this.
And speaking of Daredevil, I disagree with you, Alex; The DD

And speaking of Daredevil, I disagree with you, Alex; The DD movie fans would want wouldn't be out of reach. All Disney would have to do is kick it over to Paramount, get Marvel Knights involved, a good director, good script, so on and so forth, and BAM...we got DD.
I won't lie: "Frank Miller-esque, hardcore 70s thriller" style DD sounds delicious!
I don't really care for FF's universe. To watch Galactus & SS in Avengers would be cool, but certainly not for the expense of Daredevil.
There is no way that Fox is gonna get a Daredevil movie before cameras in time.
Option 2, maybe 3
FUCKING AWESOME...
Also let's not forget that we have yet to see Galactacus on the big screen so it would help fan interest in the Guardians movie.

What counts as filming?
I liked the first one just fine. I actually prefer the director's cut but I am still interested to see what happens with this one. I still think OFX should look to co-produce these films now. Leave the heavy lifting to Marvel since they are batting 1.000 and

People should not wonder much about the Fantastic Four finding villains besides Doc Doom. They have a large rogues gallery actually: Mole Man, Puppet Master, Nicholas Scratch and the Salem Seven (sounds like a band name), Annihilus, Blastaar, at times Franklin Richards, at times Nathaniel Richards, the Skrulls (space aliens ARE the new bad guys in a p.c. world), Molecule Man (imagine the special effects), the Frightful Four, and of course Spinnerette (fanboys get the

The world's greatest comic movie will turn out okay.
Furthermore, Silver Surfer and Thanos need to go at it like they always do. And, in order to introduce Silver Surfer to a story, a screenwriter likely needs to include Galactus. The trade might be a good idea.
And, Daredevil needs to stay with Fox, perhaps. On one hand, the studio gave us previously Daredevil and Elektra. both compromised visions and mediocre efforts. On the other hand, Disney might neuter Daredevil, and I do not want to see that.
Can't wait for it.
