Woody Harrelson to reunite with Jesse Eisenberg for magician heist pic
After successfully starring together in the hit 2009 flick ZOMBIELAND, Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg are set to reteam for the upcoming "magician heist" film NOW YOU SEE ME. Harrelson joins the already cast Eisenberg along with Mark Ruffalo, Morgan Freeman, Isla Fisher and Melanie Laurent in the film for director Louis Leterrier.
Harrelson takes over in a role once meant for Jake Gyllenhaal, a mentalist who's "known for his Jedi-style mind tricks." Once a performer for the Queen of England, an accident forces him to leave the UK and head to Vegas where he takes up with the Four Horsemen, a group of thieving illusionists.
The quartet is made up of Eisenberg, Laurent, Fisher and Harrelson and they team up to pull of bank heists during their magic act. Ruffalo will play an FBI agent who teams up with a former magician (Freeman) to catch the team.
Summit Entertainment is backing the pic, which will begin filming later this year.
