Maybe it’s her scrunchy face, or her pursed little lips, but something about Renee Zellweger really gets me going. She’s definitely a leading lady that will go down as essential while I was coming up, and I guess those are hard to come by (sorry Miss Bullock, you just missed the boat). Her next stab at the romcom, NEW IN TOWN–about a Miami business woman who must adjust to her new life in a small Minnesota town–may seem paltry to you, but I’m looking forward to catching it on cable one day when I’m hungover. J.K Simmons, Frances Conroy, Harry Connick Jr. and Rashida Jones make for a solid supporting cast, too. Check out the poster below.
