At first, I wasn't all too sure about people proclaiming that Beyonce Knowles was this drop-dead beauty. There are times when the woman just doesn't look all that hot at all to me, mostly when she's not made up for appearances like she is here for the 2009 MTV Euro Awards in Berlin. But I honestly can't think of another woman who could pull off this dress with better panache. Those hips definitely don't lie, even if that's a song of another songstress.
