This chick looks good played down and comfortable, dolled up and sexy, decked out and classy. I have yet to figure out if she's going to move up past my favorite blonde cutie, Brittany Snow, but considering that Lively has been showing up a lot more lately than Snow has, someone is going to have to step it up to make up distance. Yowza! Seriously... these shots are hot.
