I like it when Hayden Panettiere gets all dressed up for special occasions. Like saving the whales. Every girl on the planet should have to don couture in order to convey what big hump backs mean to them. Seriously. I know I'm just dying to put on my best frocks when I think of those big creatures. Alright... so maybe I just put on my tank top and panties and wander around the house talking about dolphins (or was that Dolph Lundgren?), but it's the thought that counts.
