Hollywood Gossip | Maggie Gyllenhaal stars in Vibrator: The Movie

I consider Maggie Gyllenhaal one of those cute in a unique way celebrities and I am usually interested in the projects she's participating in, so when I heard she was going to be part of HYSTERIA a film about the guy who invented the vibrator, it definitely caught my attention.

"I play a firecracker whose father is a doctor who is in the business of curing hysterical women ... he cures them basically by getting them off and that actually happened. I end up having a sort of unexpected love affair with this guy who works for him, and who by mistake invents the vibrator."

Well isn't that something?

Maggie will star alongside Jonathan Pryce and Hugh Dancy, who will play the inventors of the sex toy. It's slated for a 2011 release.
