“Kill Your Darlings” tells the story of how literary icons Jack Kerouac, Lucien Carr, and William S. Burroughs were arrested for murder. The trailer does little to hint at where the story will turn, and instead seems to focus on the start of Ginsberg’s writing and his relationship with Carr.
