Neeson After.Life
Liam Neeson is undoubtedly talented, but can even he resuscitate the corpse of an actress?
We'll find out -- Neeson will play a potentially sinister funeral director in the upcoming supernatural thriller AFTER.LIFE (complete with seemingly superfluous title punctuation). The movie stars Christina Ricci as a woman caught in transition between life and death, desperately trying to communicate with the mortician before she gets permanently dropped into the dirt (which I could swear was also the story of a TWILIGHT ZONE or OUTER LIMITS episode).
The ghastly tale comes from director Agnieszka Vosloo, marking her feature debut. It's been kicking around the graveyard for a while now -- Kate Bosworth and Alfred Molina were originally attached before the project entered limbo. It's now expected to shoot in New York next month.

Extra Tidbit: Neeson was replaced in the DARKMAN sequels by Arnold Vosloo (no relation to Agnieszka).

intothebadlands, i know a lot of people who would disagree with you. Sure, you're entitled to your opinion but it seems that Neeson's was one of the better received characters to be introduced in the new trilogy. In my experience it also seems that a lot more fans were annoyed by McGregor's Kenobi, although I personally liked both of them as those characters.
Caviezel's an interesting choice, but Neeson is fine. Out of the first 20 reviews on Narnia's RT page, 11 of them specifically praise his performance, while not a single one criticizes it. So it seems that most people like him in the role.
So if you don't like Neeson that's fine, but most of us do.

And Ewan McGregor was the best thing in the new trilogy.

Like, for instance, it isn't awesome when he plays a Jedi or a allegorical lion.
