There has been nothing but bad news from GI JOE: THE RISE OF COBRA so I'm not exactly sure how much anyone is gonna care about a new set of character posters unless they are the Sienna Miller or Rachel Nichols ones and they feature generous sideboob. With that said, BELOW are the editions that have appeared online thus far, feel free to go accordingly nuts.

In the film the elite G.I. JOE team uses the latest in next-generation spy and military equipment to fight the corrupt arms dealer Destro and the growing threat of the mysterious Cobra organization to prevent them from plunging the world into chaos.

Extra Tidbit: Duke and Cobra Commander, mortal enemies, are played in the film by good friends Channing Tatum and Joseph Gorden-Levitt.

I love G.I Joe too, but.....
How mind-blowing are you guys really expecting this movie to be? Of course there's tons of CGI and the dialogue makes them sound like assholes. Have you ever watched the GI JOE cartoon or anything pertaining to GI JOE? Of course you have or why comment on it at all?They fired laser guns and referred to themselves as Real American Heroes. Try to refer to yourself as a Real American Hero and not...

This movie (at least from the trailer) seems pretty on track to me and the best way to enjoy it is to get back in that 10 year-old kid head space...or smoke a brick of pot. Go Joe indeed.

Ive been waiting for this for a long time, however the more I see of it, the less I care. Im not feeling the new suit thingys. And that scene in the trailer where they're dodging the missiles, it looks good, but Ironhide did it WAY better.

On the up side though, there's Ray Park as Snake Eyes.

eh....
Man...the adult part of me says this movie looks like it's gonna suck,but the 12 year old in me who grew watching the cartoons can't wait for this to come out.Regardless I will give this a chance.....;-)

Nothing too exciting. Seems to copy out of other movies (Matrix, X-Men).

the "super suits" are super gay...

Duke looks like a poster for Starship Troopers...

Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow look cool, but I am sure they will have 20 seconds of a cool fight and then back to the dumb-assary of the rest of the flick

Dude, of course I know who Joseph Gorden-Levitt is. I agree with your high praise of his acting ability and quality. I thought he was great in The Lookout. The "jab" was mostly at the G.I. Joe or " C.G.I. JOE" as JOEYT put it. This movie looks like it's going to be another Daredevil dud, although I must admit I am a DD fan. PEACE!

Definitely willing to give this film a shot. People have been bashing it from the get-go when the first SuperBowl TV spot was released and the negative set news kept breaking.

I'm not expecting a good story by any means but that trailer promises some hyper action sequences. Plus August looks like a shittier than usual month this year, so I'm checking it out no matter what.

The kid from 3rd ... ? Have you been on another planet lately? Joseph Gordon Levitt is without a doubt one of the most promissing actors of his generation. A guy who picks interesting roles and delivers time after time, when the movie allows it.

I think G.I. Joe could be his first mistake. Not that I think the performance will be bad, I just have a feel...

I have a bad feeling about this movie...

also...I'd like to see some pics of JGL as Cobra Commander, because that probably tops my list of interesting actor picks to portray a character...It will either be genius, or terrible. I have a feeling we will have another Dr. Doom on our hands.
