Yeah, somehow Scully got pretty effing hot since the 90s. I never really got into the show though, so odds are I won't see this. I think I'd have a hard time imagining Duchovny as somebody other than Hank Moody, too. |

I saw an interview with Duchovny saying they are trying to keep the story as secret as possible, which could explain the lack of media attention. I wouldn't be shocked to find out Dark Knight was #1 for 2 weeks in a row rather than this opening at #1. |

I'm sorry, but I think this is going to tank. They're banking on a country known for its nonexistent attention span to flock to see a film based on a show that ended over half a decade ago. Plus, Sci-Fi is a dicey gamble for a major studio to begin with. I'd love to see this make a ton of money, but I seriously doubt it. The nonexistent promotion doesn't help, either. |
