... Hulk story I've read is 4 issue mini series 'Banner' written by Brian Azzarello & art by Richard Corben. It really treats the monster in a more realistic manner, ie: when the Hulk goes apeshit in New York hundreds of people die when he knocks over buildings.
Lately Marvel has pretty much lost me as a reader as they've not bothered to mature. Their titles have remained what I call "kiddie-capes".

I've been a Hulk fan for well over 20 years now, and all I gotta say is add this up to Joe Q writing off a bad idea on a character he knows nothing about. This series is delayed not even 4 issues in, and the storyline is going to be predictible as hell. The guy needs to loose his job, he is worthless as Editor-In-Chief. |

Having read issue #1, I am almost certain that Rick Jones is the red Hulk. For which I have 2 questions:
1.) How did it happen?
2.) Why is he red? Banner's Hulk was originally grey because he was outside exposed to sunlight; he didn't turn green for a few more issues. Also, Grey Hulk is smaller & relatively weaker than Green, so I'm curious as to where Red fits on the scale. |

The Hulk was dangerous anyway! He's a big angry green thing that will smash through anything to get to you. I don't think changing his color and giving him a weapon is a substitute for poor writing. If that is all this is really about I'm going to be very disappointed. |
