Review:
I missed this puppy in the theatres, but after hearing all of the GREAT word of mouth on the movie, I just had to check it out myself on video. Well, to be honest with you, I didn't think that the movie was "all that", and I'm actually pretty glad that I waited until its video release to check into it.

It's probably an ideal film for the video market. It has a simple plot, lots of songs, cute girls, cute boys, a dinky obstacle in the plotline and lotsa cheerleaders cheering! I actually thought that the cheers were pretty cute at first, but admitedly got a little bored after about the 12th one.

I definitely dug the "car wash" scene, the dance choreographer, the "surprising" ending and Kirsten Dunst's performance (I never really liked her all that much before, but she's definitely growing on me now), but overall, the film just didn't do much to me.

I saw it, it finished and I shut it off. Nothing more, nothing less.

WHAT

This movie is awsome, maybe a little chick fickish, but awsome, I mean how can you not react to "Spirit Fingers!" or Spanky pants, or the audiditon scene, thank god for Garbriell Union and Elza Dusku, because Kirsten Dunst would have ruin the movie for me as well. (that is the only thing we can agree on.) Possiblily a bit, over exaggerated, but dammit it was funny!
