A cool idea is a cool idea, and the following is a cool idea. Photographer Cédric Delsaux has taken some of the sleeker, more modern Star Wars characters (like those freaky red Imperial guards) and inserted them into nouveau, stark, urban environments, normally reserved for fashion shoots or photography projects. F*ck, that’s what this is, isn’t it. These are the kinds of shots I’ll print out nice glossy versions of, frame them, hang them around my apartment, and tell all of my artist friends that I made them. That way they’ll earn their respect and potentially even get action. Click on the pic BELOW and head over to Delsaux’s website to check the rest out.

Those are all way cool, and that much to my surprise! I didn't expect much when I clicked the link, but I really loved most of those.

I'd like to get some of those for my wall, too; but I'm sure they'd cost an arm and a leg and an arm, if they're even for sale at all.

I'm sure the info is on his site, but I don't expect to find out that I could actually acquir...

they are all really quite cool, i love the boba fett one and the bantha riders in the car park! lol! this is excellent work by the artist!

wow are you a bitch. I love how people here just come in and curse at the writers these days. You prob feel so stupid.

There is a whole series and all of them look great. My favorite one is prob the light saber in the grass.

Hey bollasio, if you'd have bothered clicking on the link that says 'series' on the top of the page you would have noticed that there are actually 18 photos all related to Star Wars on there. I guess the guys who write these articles do know what they are talking about...! Great photos!

Strangely, those photographs are more in keeping with the 'used universe' vision of the original films than more recent Star Wars movies.

I'm sorry but only 3 of those 12 pictures have anything to do with Star Wars. The rest were just odd environments (not to mention the very strange photo of the football players making out). I sometimes wonder whether the guys who write the articles on this site actually bother to look at the links they're giving us...
