Damn! The internet is crazy with SPIDER-MAN 4 rumors!

After we reported that Rachel McAdams had no f*cking clue about the Black Cat issue, now the long lost Julia Stiles is being thrown into the speculation game.

The fellows over at UGO Movie Blog say that Stiles took a meeting with a casting company in New York to discuss Spidey 4. Before you get all uppity, please take note that this is just rumor and that nothing may come of it. This is a very odd name to throw into the mix. The last huge thing that Stiles did was the BOURNE series.

I think it's getting hard to deny that a new female character is being brought into the story, unless I'm just totally off base here. Okay, so I'm going to go ahead and say it, Stiles as Black Cat? Her boobs may be on the smallish side (since that's important for some of you), but I'm of the opinion that she's still hot. Beyond looks, could she pull off Felicia Hardy? Sure. Is she my first choice? No.

Again, this is all rumor. But what if she is seriously in works for a part in the film? I don't mind speculation and rumors on upcoming comic movies because I sit at home sometimes having debates on which actors/actresses I think would be good in certain character roles. So, what do you think of Stiles as Black Cat? Or could she be someone else? I have a feeling someone is going to say something about replacing Kirsten Dunst.

Extra Tidbit: I remember the days of middle school (1995) and speculating an X-MEN movie. The only person I got right was Patrick Stewart as Xavier. I wish Psylocke had a better part. She is so sexy.

I can't stand Julia stiles. The only way that I would watch a Spidey movie with her in it is if she wore full face mask, and didn't open her mouth.

I've always liked Stiles. Not the best actress, but she does well. Shes not Black Cat not even if they do some tricky for bigger boobs. However, she could play countless other roles in the movie not even necessarily a hero or villain role.

I doubt it. Although I do think that Stiles is hot in a "normal girl I would have banged in college" sort of way. She is better looking than Dunst though.

lol James Franco is sexy, but I don't want to see him dressed in a Psylocke's outfit. Psylocke was British and kick ass, but seeing someone hot in her outfit would be awesome to see on the big screen. They had Psylocke in the third film, but it was not at all what I had imagined.

I always thought Stiles was f*cking hot, boobs not withstanding (I like hers--though Cat should be ample). Her as Cat, I'm not sure. I'm not hearing any names that seem to fit, and can't think of any.

Does anyone know if Gwen Stacy is going to be in this movie, b/c I guess Stiles might play her if Bryce Dallas Howard doesn't come back. They didn't give her character much to do in 3, but if the black cat rumors are true than I doubt she'll be in it b/c that's a lot of characters to work around (one of the problems with spiderman 3).

Are you kidding? this chick has nothing on the Black Cat character if anything she should be an extra in the backround and I apologize in advance but she's not that easy on the eye, and I don't think they would dare replace Kdunst eigther.

Damn, I really hope this is not true, I am not a fan of hers at all. She could be a replacement for bettie brant since Elizabeth Banks stated that she did not want to return unless her role was much much larger.

...Diane Kruger. She's a talented actress, and she can be very hot. I mean, she was Helen of Troy for gods sake... And after Inglourious Basterds, I think she's just recognizable enough to get the role.

Well... I still think she's hot, but I honestly can't see her in the role. Maybe she'll be the one in the crowd during the climactic fight scene to say "Wicked Cool!"

Julia Stiles might be the celebrity most undeserving of her fame. She's a terrible actor, and not even close to hot enough to justify that.

Ah well, the Spiderman franchise died with 3 anyway.

Never been a Julia Stiles fan... I think she occasionally is perfect for a part, like her role of "Nikki" in the Bourne films... but this!?!

I have a hard time believing that Raimi would cast a mediocre actress and someone who doesn't fit the physical build the character had, just because she almost had "star power" a decade ago...

Personally, I can't really pick an actress off the top of my head that fits her physique and can act the part well... I hear a lot of people throwing around Amber Heard. Frankly, I think you could do a lot worse than Heard, like, say... I dunno... Julia Stiles.
