Monosyllabic wooden acting pioneer Keanu Reeves has a crime thriller coming up called STREET KINGS (formerly know as THE NIGHT WATCHMAN) and if you're down with that, peep the trailer courtesy of Yahoo over HERE. In it, the former savior of an underground rave culture stars as a cop who's implicated in the death of a fellow officer so he has to go up against the entire department to clear his name. Or something like that. It's K-Reev in "SPEED" mode so that should bring back some nostalgic giddiness. Hugh Laurie and Forest Whitaker co-star. HARSH TIMES director and TRAINING DAY scribe directs from a script co-written, interestingly enough, by Kurt Wimmer. Hmm, this one maybe deserves a little more attention than it's been getting. It opens April 11th.
