Todd Phillips hasn't directed a film outside of THE HANGOVER trilogy since 2010's DUE DATE, but he'll be back with a new movie next year, and the first official still from the project has debuted online (via EW), featuring stars Jonah Hill and Miles Teller. Although the film was going by the title ARMS AND THE DUDES, it seems that may have changed since EW is simply referring to it as "The Untitled Todd Phillips Project".

The true crime comedy is based on the Guy Lawson-penned Rolling Stone article “The Stoner Arms Dealers: How Two American Kids Became Big-Time Weapons Traders," and will follow Efraim Diveroli (Hill) and David Packouztwo (Teller), two young men from Miami who won a $300 million contract from the Pentagon to supply America's allies in Afghanistan with munitions. The duo were later arrested and charged with 71 counts of fraud after their offices were raided by federal agents. During a conversation with EW, Hill said “It is one of the craziest movies I’ve ever been in — in a great way." Are you interested in checking out Phillips' latest directorial effort?

ARMS AND THE DUDES (or whatever it ends up being called) will be in theaters on August 19, 2016.
