Last Updated on August 2, 2021

With the second season of Marvel and Netflix's JESSICA JONES set to debut this Friday, on International Women's Day, the studio looks to be getting the jump on promoting the third season of DAREDEVIL, which is scheduled to arrive later this year.

Earlier this morning, Marvel’s chief creative officer and prolific Daredevil comic book artist Joe Quesada unveiled some new artwork for the upcoming season, that finds the show's Man Without Fear soaring through the air while in pursuit of justice for the vulnerable citizens of Hell's Kitchen.

You can take a look at the art below:

When the show returns, Erik Oleson, the program's new showrunner, will lead Charlie Cox, Elden Henson, and Deborah Ann Woll in a bold, new direction for the superhero saga's third chapter. Also set to make his return to DAREDEVIL is Vincent D’Onofrio, who will reprise his role as the nefarious Wilson Fisk for Marvel's gritty crime thriller.

In regard to plot, the show will pick up where the events of Marvel's THE DEFENDERS left off, with Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) believed to be dead at the hands of his beloved Elektra (Elodie Yung). Obviously, Matt survives, and before long embarks on a new mission to protect Hell's Kitchen from those that would rule it with a violent and iron fist.

DAREDEVIL Season 3 will make its Netflix debut later this year.
