First Look at Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel on the set of Avengers 4

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

While many fans are still convinced that Brie Larson's Captain Marvel will show up during the final act of AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR, despite co-director Joe Russo flat-out denying her inclusion in the biggest Marvel movie to date, we know for sure that we can look forward to Larson "going nova" in AVENGERS 4.

This afternoon, photos of Larson walking around the set of the follow-up to The Russo Bros. AVENGER: INFINITY WAR were posted to the Geeks WorldWide Twitter account. You can take a look at the photos for yourself below:

Wow! While I wasn't expecting for a Captain Marvel outfit to feature so much teal, silver, and grey, I still find myself digging the overall design of her suit. Furthermore, who's to say that this is the final cut of her outfit? This could simply be a taste of what's to come, especially since Carol didn't get her Jamie McKelvie-designed outfit until her 2012 comic book reboot. I've no doubt that an official look at the character is coming soon, and who knows, we could find that her "final form" will feature her now-iconic starburst emblem, red and cobalt attire and flowing red sash, after all. We'll have to keep our eyes peeled as Carol Danvers a.k.a. Captain Marvel becomes a more prominent figure in the MCU.

Meanwhile, the solo CAPTAIN MARVEL film directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck is scheduled for release on March 8th.
