Ever since I first took notice of Miles Teller back with his scene-stealing performance in FOOTLOOSE, he is always a blast to watch. In fact, with films like THE SPECTACULAR NOW and WHIPLASH, he has proven to be one of the best young actors working today in my humble opinion. So of course it’s been a pleasure seeing him be a part of the impressive cast involved in INSURGENT. Miles brings humor to this character, and I for one can’t wait to see him as Mr. Fantastic in THE FANTASTIC FOUR.
It is always great to chat with Miles. He is one of the most approachable and down-to-earth guys around. And he even mentioned after the interview that he digs JoBlo. During our conversation we discussed continuing to play Peter and whether or not he has read the books on which this is based. He also talked a little bit about fan expectation for this as well as THE FANTASTIC FOUR. Miles Teller is a great guy, and you can check him out this week when INSURGENT hits theatres Friday with Thursday evening screenings.
