Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction house is on sale for almost $1.4 million

Are you both a collector of fine movie memorabilia and someone who is looking for quality real estate in a highly sought-after area that features top-notch schools? Then you’re in luck, my friends,  because not only is there a fine house on sale in Studio City, California, but it also happens to be the home featured in one of the most beloved movies of all time – PULP FICTION.

The house in question is the one that belonged to Quentin Tarantino’s character Jimmy, the man Jules (Samuel L. Jackson) and Vincent (John Travolta) head to after the later blows off poor Marvin's (Phil LaMarr) head in their car. The home looks nothing like it did in the movie, fit with modern amenities and a sleek white remodel. Still, it’s the history you’re paying for, and the current asking price is a whopping $1.4 million.

During the scene, the boys use the home as their base of operations while Mr. Wolf (Harvey Keitel) walks them through the process to get the car, and themselves, looking spick and span. They drink some delicious gourmet coffee, clean up the car, and then Jules and Vincent take a hose bath and end up dressing up like a couple of dorks.

The deal is being handled by The Agency, and here is their actual listing:

Amazing development opportunity with plans and permits fully approved and paid for. Shovel ready to begin construction on an approximately 4,200-square-foot residence (including garage and patio). Located in the desirable Los Angeles location known as Colfax Meadows, this unique property served as the house for the character "Jimmy" in the classic film "Pulp Fiction". Ideally situated on the preferred side of the street, on one of the best blocks in the award-winning Carpenter Charter School District, and just moments from major studios and the famed Tujunga Village shops and restaurants.

Now, I’m a sucker for things that have a certain age to them. So, I’m a little bummed the house doesn’t look the same as it did in the movie, as terribly 80s/90s that style was. But, there’s a certain status that comes from owning the PULP FICTION house that makes the price tag seem almost worth it, and would be an invaluable addition to anyone’s movie memorabilia if they can afford it.
